This is Salary.sg’s early 2014 edition of the 100 Best-Paying Jobs in Singapore. This year, we include a second ranking table just for the Financial Services Industry, which is the source of many highly paid jobs here.
Wage data from Ministry of Manpower were used to generate our Top Jobs ranking tables.
The MOM wage data exclude bonuses and profit sharing. You may also wish to note that “(the) wages for certain occupations, especially those where performance-based bonuses constitute a significant portion of total wage, would be lower than expected. Examples of such occupations are brokers, dealers and senior management staff.”
Without further ado, we present the 100 Highest-Paid Jobs in Singapore, as well as the Top 40 Jobs in Financial Services. The wage numbers are the third-quartile monthly gross wages.

I don’t think the figure for telecommunication engineer are true because I don’t get that kind of salary.
What the hell is ‘lawyer (excluding advocate and solicitor’)? Most practicing lawyers are advocates and solicitors. Or is the survey only directed at in-house counsel? If so, what’s the difference between that and ‘legal officer’ then?
It would be good to know how many foreign talents get these salaries and how many Singaporeans have to do with a lot less…
Guys stop complaining just work hard and aim for that income desired. No point sitting down and complain it wont solve anything.
Hmmm… Creative Director not specified on the 2014 list… how come?
Librarian $5k?!
Librarian got above 5k? And senior ITE lecturer doesn’t even get half of the uni lecturer.

Your pay will be skewed upwards if you work for big oil.
The figures seems weird. You mean the Application and Software Manager earn more than the CIO/CTO? Why bother to promote?
