Wage increase at 4.1% this year
July 13th, 2007A survey report by Singapore Human Resources Institute says that the average salary increase this year will be 4.1%.
In other words, if you currently make $10,000 and don’t get at least $410 in increment, you’re below average.
The services sector, along with the marine and shipping businesses, are among the most generous – with employee wage increases ranging from 4% to 5.9%.
Including the Annual Wage Supplement (AWS), the average manager and executive will get 3.1 months of bonus, whereas non-executives will get an average of 2.9 months bonus.
