A survey report by Singapore Human Resources Institute says that the average salary increase this year will be 4.1%.

In other words, if you currently make $10,000 and don’t get at least $410 in increment, you’re below average.

Including the Annual Wage Supplement (AWS), the average manager and executive will get 3.1 months of bonus, whereas non-executives will get an average of 2.9 months bonus.
