The Public Service Division (PSD) has announced that civil servants will be getting an AVC of 0.45 months as mid-year bonus this year.
This is 50% more than last year’s mid-year bonus.
As with the past few years, there is a cash bonus for lower ranked officers in addition to the AVC:
Civil servants in grades equivalent to MX13(I) and MX14 will receive an additional payment of $150 while those in grades equivalent to MX15 and MX16, and those in the Operations Support Scheme (OSS) Grades III and IV will receive an additional payment of $250.
