“Household income from work refers to the sum of income received by all working members of the
household from employment and business but excludes the income of maids”

I would interpret it as gross monthly income of all family members before CPF deduction.

“Household income” from work refers to the sum of income received by all working members of the
household from employment and business but excludes the income of maids. It’s not clear from the report whether it’s taking annual and divide by 12, but I suspect they use the monthly gross.
