Graduate Employment Survey 2016 (Published 2017)

10

The top degree programmes are yet again in law, medicine, IT and business.

In the top 10 of our latest Graduate Employment Survey ranking, business clinched 3 spots (down from 5 last year), law 3 spots, information technology 3 spots, and medicine and dentistry one spot each. We count NTU Business and Computing programme as both IT and business.

This is also the first year that Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD) released its own GES survey results. It did pretty well.

In terms of employability, Music, Art Design & Media, English and Communication Design ranked at the bottom.

In total, 108 degree programmes were ranked this year.

Data used in this article are based on the 2016 Graduate Employment Survey Results consolidated and released by MOE today (22nd Feb, 2017). See also our GES ranking for the previous year.

  2. Based on the surveyed date, NUS/NTU/SMU/SUTD was with the latest result (2016)
However due to that SIT’s surveyed date which is in march this year and this report was released on 22 Feb

Apparently SIT’s data is not up to date. Which is still 2015 statistics
Compared to other Universities which has 2016 statistics

This might not be accurate for SIT

  3. Hi, for the gross monthly salary quoted in this report, does it include the employer CPF?

    Thanks for your clarification.

    Regards,
    Florence
