I am going to study the NIE Master of Arts in Educational Management soon, what will be career prospects after that? and what should be the market remmunation package?

I have 10 years of lecturing experience in teaching adults and international students.

no difference. but this was in 2007. in all likelihood, with the scaling up of hiring of teachers and possibly tighter budget amidst onslaught of deep recession, something got to give. so don't expect moe to match your last drawn pay, or even come close to it.
my 2 cents.
